Brayan Soto did a very professional job. He arrived for 1pm scheduled repair 5 minutes early. We received a text notification that he was on his way with a current photo so we would know who to expect. Prior to entering the home, he put on shoe covers. He assessed the work to be done, explained it in clear detail, obtained our approval and completed the job. He maintained a very neat work area and cleaned up well afterwards. Very sharp, professional, knowledgeable young man and showed pride in his work. Recommended.
